Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the Pulsify client portal and the pages Pulsify hosts for clients. If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement governs the services, fees and deliverables, and wins where it conflicts with these terms.
Your account
- Accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at hello@pulsify-ai.com straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Pulsify operators can open your workspace in a read-only preview to support you.
Your content
- You own what you put into Pulsify: your drafts, brand context, proof, media and data from services you connect.
- You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and hosting providers listed in the privacy policy.
- You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, including permission from anyone who appears in proof images or results you share.
AI output
Pulsify uses AI models to draft and suggest content. Review everything before you publish it. AI output can be wrong or resemble other content, and you are responsible for what you publish. Results from content and outreach depend on many things outside our control; we do not guarantee any revenue, follower or conversion outcome.
Connected services
When you connect a service such as Kit, Stripe, YouTube, Instagram or Canva, your use of it stays subject to that service's own terms. You can disconnect it at any time from your workspace. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pulsify to send spam, break platform rules, mislead people, collect data you have no right to, or attack or overload the service. We may suspend access that puts the service or other clients at risk.
Availability
We work to keep Pulsify running, but we provide it as is and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or remove features as the product develops.
Ending
You can stop using Pulsify at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may end access under the terms of your service agreement, or straight away for a serious breach of these terms. Ask for an export of your workspace before you ask us to delete it.
Liability
Pulsify is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell clients by email when the change is significant. Using Pulsify after a change means you accept it.
